Hailey Windham is a Certified Financial Crimes Specialist, speaker, and Co-Founder of CU Fight Fraud, LLC. A proud credit union advocate and former fraud operations leader, Hailey brings deep expertise from the front lines of community banking. She knows that fighting fraud isn’t just about catching criminals, it’s about protecting people. Hailey partners closely with law enforcement, builds fraud-savvy cultures, hosts the Banking on Fraudology podcast, and champions the work of fraud fighters nationwide. Her core values — empowerment, community, culture, action, and integrity — shine through in everything she does, blending real-world insight with practical strategies that actually work.

Nyla Cortes

Co-Founder | BSA/AML Expert

Nyla Cortes is a Certified Bank Secrecy Act Professional, a certified Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert, and Co-Founder of CU Fight Fraud, LLC with a passion for helping institutions build programs and systems that fit their uniqueness. With years in financial services, Nyla brings real-world expertise in BSA, enterprise risk management, and operations; always balancing what’s practical with what’s compliant.
